Fluorocarbon Free DWR
DWR is a long-term water repellent impregnation. Where possible, Haglöfs uses DWR that is free of PFOS (perfluorooctane sulfonate) and PFOA (perfluorooctanoic acid) to cause the least impact on the environment.

Proof
Haglöfs Proof materials are selected woven fabrics with a PFOA-free DWR (durable water repellent) surface treatment, which are combined with windproof and waterproof membranes or coatings. These fabrics are wind and waterproof and provide a high level of breathability. With a Proof garment, you’ll be well equipped for an encounter with the elements.

Pertex Quantum
Pertex Quantum is a very light and strong fabric that offers significant weight reduction with high strength and abrasion resistance. The use of very fine yarns results in an extremely dense fabric structure that is down proof.

FlexAble
FlexAble are woven 4-way/2-way stretch fabrics that provide an extremely high level of comfort and flexibility. The membrane-free fabrics combine excellent vapor permeability with wind resistance and freedom of movement. This makes them ideal for use in clothing for physically demanding outdoor activities. The outside of the fabric is water repellent. The inside is designed to quickly wick moisture away from the body. FlexAble fabrics are treated with a PFC-free or PFOA-free DWR.
